Welcome to the MESO Accounting website, where you can quickly and independently select and order accounting services. 

Our platform clearly presents service pricing so you can plan future expenses. These Terms of Service explain the 

responsibilities of both us as service providers and you as a visitor and user.

By browsing and using our services, you agree to these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree, you must stop 

using our services. If you cannot comply or violate these Terms, your access will be terminated.

In case of conflict, the bilateral Service Agreement between MESO Accounting and the service recipient prevails.

MESO Accounting may update these Terms without prior notice. Important updates will be announced on the website.

A. DEFINITIONS

“Agreement” means these Terms of Service.

“Applicable Law” means the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

“Website” refers to this and related MESO Accounting service pages.

“Service(s)” means accounting and related services provided in the MESO Accounting e‑store.

“User” means a person with an MESO Accounting account.

“Support” means both paid and free assistance.

“MESO Accounting”, “we”, “us” refers to all divisions of UAB MESO Accounting.

“Platform” means the website and all mobile or online applications.

“Partners” means suppliers, subcontractors and related parties.

“You”, “Visitor”, “User” refers to anyone using MESO Accounting services.

B. GENERAL PROVISIONS

MESO Accounting grants non‑transferable use of its services. You agree not to violate intellectual property rights.

You are responsible for your internet connection and equipment.

All communication we provide electronically is considered legally valid.

Users may grant access to authorized persons. You must protect login data and are responsible for actions performed 

under your account.

We may modify Services, scope, technical access or geographic availability at any time.

You must ensure the accuracy and legality of all data entered into the system.

C. TERMS OF USE

The Agreement enters into force the next business day after clicking “Agree”.

You must use Services only for their intended purpose and pay for them as required.

You must provide accurate information when registering. If you create an account on behalf of a company, written director 

authorization is required. Access will be transferred to the director if an authorized person leaves employment.

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.

You will compensate MESO Accounting or its partners for damage caused through your account.

We ensure the security of cardholder data collected on your behalf.

You agree not to enter cardholder data into fields not intended for it (e.g., “Comment”). You assume full responsibility 

for violations of this rule.

You authorize us to process payroll, including accessing employee bank details. Losses excluding fraud or our negligence must be covered by you.

D. ACCESS TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

Certain services (e.g., banking) are provided by third parties. You release MESO Accounting from liability for such 

third‑party services. All fees related to service use must be covered by you.

E. SOFTWARE NOTICES

If software must be downloaded, its use requires acceptance of a license agreement.

You agree to receive service‑related notifications via the platform.

F. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property belongs to MESO Accounting except for your uploaded data.

You may not copy, distribute, modify or transfer our software or block others’ access to the platform.

Screenshots may be used only for illustration and under strict conditions (e.g., no comments, no third‑party content).

G. PROHIBITED USE

Users must act lawfully and may not upload harmful, offensive, illegal or discriminatory content. Users may not upload 

material violating intellectual property, overload systems, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute viruses.

H. LIABILITY

You are responsible for your actions and data. MESO Accounting is not liable for losses caused by your non‑compliance.

MESO Accounting is not responsible for partner actions nor indirect, incidental or special damages except when caused by gross negligence or intent.

Late payments incur 0.2% daily interest after 7 days from invoice date.

I. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

MESO Accounting may terminate services without notice if Terms are violated or other listed grounds occur.

You may terminate the Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

Upon termination, platform access is blocked; historical data can be exported upon request.

J. DATA PROCESSING AND DISCLOSURE

You retain ownership of all data. Data is stored for the duration of the Agreement and for 5 years after termination.

Data may be disclosed to partners, law enforcement, regulators, attorneys or courts when required.

K. THIRD‑PARTY LINKS AND API

Third‑party services and APIs may be integrated. MESO Accounting is not responsible for interruptions or changes in 

third‑party systems.

L. COMMUNICATION

All service‑related information is sent to your registered email. You must update contact info within 3 business days.

M. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable for failure caused by uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, outages, wars, legal changes).

N. SEVERABILITY

Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the Terms.

O. GOVERNING LAW

Disputes are resolved first by negotiation; if unresolved, by Lithuanian courts in Vilnius.

P. LEGAL STATUS

The website and names MESO Accounting, Robo Buhalteris, Robo Vadovas, Robo are property of UAB MESO Accounting.

R. LANGUAGE

The Agreement and related documents shall be in Lithuanian.

S. PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement.

T. THIRD‑PARTY INFORMATION

MESO Accounting accesses financial data via third parties solely to deliver services. You are responsible for ensuring 

accuracy and timeliness of data.

U. REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Users are responsible for protecting login details.
